Our team - What makes a ROX Star ?
A ROX Star is a highly ethical person who is as equally specialized in their field as they are passionate about helping others meet their goals.
ROX Management Group was named as a tribute to our founder's mother, Roxey. “Mama Roxey” encapsulates the characteristics and values of what ROX strives to provide its clients: honesty, empathy, ethics, selflessness and the desire to serve. Coming from humble beginnings, Roxey devoted her life to the service of others. She was a biological mother to two, but a “mama” to many more. Roxey passed away after a warrior’s battle with breast cancer in 2008, leaving her legacy in the hands of her children. Her daughter, Megan Mashore, established ROX to continue her mother's legacy of service to the community through deep knowledge of the insurance industry with an emphasis on business operations, including the fostering of positive cultures and proactive people management. ROX has grown to incorporate a team of highly skilled ROX Stars who reflect Roxey’s attributes while bringing their own specialized area of expertise to benefit our clients. The mission of all ROX Stars is to make our clients feel like friends while displaying the values that support our service to others. We believe Mama Roxey would be proud.
